2. scope of application

These GTC apply to all orders placed in the online store at www.chillneck.shop by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Deviating terms and conditions shall not apply.
Contract language is German. In the event of deviating translations, only the German version shall apply.

3. conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By sending the order, you submit a binding purchase offer.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the dispatch or send the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious price errors.

4 Prices and payment

All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
Payment options: PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit, purchase on account.
Invoices are only provided digitally by email.
There is no entitlement to specific payment methods.

5. delivery & shipping costs

Delivery is made by DHL (Germany) or Correos (Spain).
The delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks from the shipping confirmation.
The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and are displayed in the order process.
Deliveries are currently made in Germany and Spain, later in other EU countries.
In case of refusal of acceptance or incorrectly specified delivery address, the customer may be charged return shipping costs.

6. reservation of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

8. defects & damaged goods

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

9. safety instructions & liability

Our products are intended exclusively for external use in the neck area.
They must not be opened, consumed or used for any other purpose.
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age – risk of choking and suffocation.
Do not expose to flames, sharp objects or extreme temperatures.
We accept no liability for improper use.

10. warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
There is no further guarantee.

11. customer account & newsletter

Creating a customer account is voluntary.
The newsletter will only be sent with your express consent using the opt-in procedure.
You can unsubscribe at any time.

13 Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
