At ChillNeck you can pay securely and easily. The following payment options are currently available to you:

  Pay conveniently via your PayPal account. You will be debited directly when you complete your order.
• Credit card (via PayPal)
  Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem. You can also pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) via PayPal – no registration required.

There are no additional fees for you when using the above payment methods.

Shipping

We deliver your ChillNecks reliably within the European Union. Depending on the destination country, shipping is carried out by DHL (e.g. in Germany) or Correos (e.g. in Spain).

• Shipping costs within the EU:
  • Shipping is free of charge within the EU.
• Delivery time:
  Delivery takes place in Germany and Spain within 1 to 3 days and in the rest of the EU within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of payment. In the event of very high demand, shipping to other EU countries or customs-related delays, delivery may take a little longer. In this case, we will inform you in good time.
• Shipping countries within the EU:
  We currently deliver to the following countries:
  Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Note: Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations outside Germany is currently not possible.
