Everything you need to know about using your ChillNeck safely

🔢 How it works

1. Place the ChillNeck in cool water, in the fridge or in the freezer. A cool, shady place can also work. ➜ The colder it is, the faster it recharges.
2. Wait about 20-30 minutes. As soon as the ring is firm again, it is ready for use.
3. Wear it on the back of your neck. It cools gently – without electricity, without cooling gel, only through a special material inside.
4. The ring slowly softens on contact with the skin – and provides a pleasant cooling effect for 1 to 2 hours.
5. Reusable up to 300 times. Not a disposable product.

🔬 What’s inside – simply explained

Inside is a plant-based material that liquefies when warm and solidifies again when cold – without any electricity, cooling gel or chemicals. As soon as your skin is warmer than approx. 26 °C, the material begins to melt and absorbs excess heat. This is exactly what creates the cooling effect.

⚠️ Important safety and usage instructions

Use

• The ChillNeck is only suitable for wearing on the neck. Do not use on other parts of the body.
• Use only as intended. Do not misuse or modify the product.
• Do not wear too tightly. The ring must not constrict or impair breathing.
• Do not wear while sleeping.
• ChillNeck is a cooling aid and does not replace medical treatment.

Before each use

• Check the product for cracks, leaks, severe deformation or other damage before wearing. Do not use if damaged.
• After freezing: Allow to thaw briefly, as the product may be very cold for the first few minutes.

During use

• If you feel unwell, dizzy, have a headache, numbness, skin irritation or pain, stop using the product immediately.
• If you have sensitive skin, only test for a short time at first and slowly increase the wearing time.
• When outside temperatures are high, continue to drink enough, seek shade and plan breaks. ChillNeck does not completely prevent sweating.

Groups of people

• Do not use in the case of known silicone intolerance, open skin areas, inflamed, severely irritated or freshly treated skin and known skin diseases.
• People with sensory disorders, circulatory disorders, sensitivity to cold or relevant pre-existing conditions should seek medical advice before use.
• Only allow children to use under supervision. Not suitable for small children and babies. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Handling & storage

• Do not heat, do not place in boiling water and do not put in the microwave or oven.
• Protect from direct, strong sunlight and heat sources when not being worn.
• Do not cut or open. Do not swallow contents and do not bring into contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
• In case of contact with contents: Rinse with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Cleaning & disposal

• To clean, wipe with clean water. Do not put in the washing machine.
• Do not dispose of in residual waste. Please treat as a plastic product in accordance with local regulations.
